I am looking for information on my husbands grandparents his father Antoni Polakow was baptized in Bialystok in June 1922 at the Orthodox church, it does not give a name of church. His parents were Zachary Polakow and Elizabetta Fedorow Polakow I am looking for a marriage for Zachary and Elizabetta or any census records. They lived in Bialystok until mid 1940s when they were shipped out by the Nazis as workers. they later settled in England which is where my husband was born and we still live. I do not speak russian or Polish and have been using Googles Translate to the best of my abilities but it is slow going. If you could direct me as to where to go to obtain any information I would be very grateful
