Seeking the Surname

Hodkya Josephine Hodyka Kuzma was my grandmother. She died between 1905-1910 in area of Mejluny or Lida, at that time part of the Russian Empire. Her husband Michal Kuzma born about 1875, emigrated to Luzerne, Pennsylvania, USA about 1906. Two young children, my father Teofil (Theodore) Kuzma born 1904 and his sister Sofia born 1903, were brought to the USA by my grand-uncle Viktor Kuzma (brother of Teofil) and his wife Bronislawa Sohaski Kuzma in 1911. Hodika, Chadieka, Chadyka are other spellings found.
Kuzma Michal Kuzma born around 1875, Grandfather. Wife was Josefina. Children Teofil and Sofia. Teofil Kuzma, born 1903 was my father. Viktor Kuzma was my grand-uncle, brother to Teofil. His wife was Bronislawa Sohaski and daughter born 1903 Maryanna. May have been lived in Mejluny, Lida area of current Belarus
Tumalevich Rosalia Tumalevich, born about 1860. Married Nikodem Hodika (Kadika, Chadyka). Son Nikodem Joseph Hodika served in Russian Army. Son emigrated to USA around 1911 to join uncle Michal Kuzma born around 1875.
