Мой дед Черновин Давид Хацкелевич родился 20 .12.1897г. ( по старому стилю 07 декабря) в г. Остроленка Ломтинск (или Ломнинск, Ломшинск). Как мне запросить дубликат свидетельства о его рождении, крещении, чтобы узнать точные имена его родителей. Может быть сохранились посемейные списки, переписи и т.п.
