W zbiorowej mogile we wsi Azarycze pochowany jest mój dziadek Władysław Sokołowski, jedna z ofiar pacyfikacji wsi przez Niemców w dniu 24 grudnia 1943.
Przed wojną dziadek mieszkał w oddalonym o około 1 kilometr od wsi folwarku Kliny (dziś już nie istniejącym, który chyba błędnie nazywa się na tej stronie folwarkiem Azarycze). Notabene na obecnej mogile błędnie napisano z rosyjska inicjał jego imienia ("C. " czyli "S. " zamiast "W. ").
Moi przodkowie (Sokołowscy herbu Korab) osiedleni byli w powiecie słonimskim co najmniej od 1624 roku (m. in. w Skrzędziewiczach, Rędzinowszczyźnie, Łukonicy, Krzywcu, Sokółce). reply
