Mój Dziadek Roman Sawicki był właścicielem majątku w Hołbieju, w okresie międzywojennym (lata 30 XXw. ) Pracował jako nadleśniczy oraz inspektor lasów należących do majątku hrabiego Przeździeckiego. Od lat zajmuję się tworzeniem kroniki rodzinnej i poszukuję informacji wszelkich informacji dotyczących tego obszaru i ludzi z nim związanych. Sama jestem w posiadaniu nielicznych zdjęć oraz wspomnień mojej mamy, która mieszkała w Hołbieju (w naszej rodzinie nazwę tej miejscowości tak się wymawia). Po zawierusze wojennej rodzina znalazła się w Sopocie. Trafem losu i przyjaźni moją matką chrzestną została Irena córka właścicieli sklepu w Woropajewie pp. Rożnowskich. reply
