Księgi metrykalne z parafii Krynki ( Ignatowicze ) znajdują się w kilku miejscach ( NIAB Grodno, AA Białystok, Biblioteka Litewskiej Akademii Nauk w Wilnie oraz ZAGS w Brzostowicy ) Dokumenty szlacheckie i własnościowe Ignatowiczów herbu Świat znajdują się w LVIA w Wilnie ( wywody ) oraz NIAB w Grodnie ( spisy rewizyjne ).

Mój dziadek, szlachcic, pochodził z tej wsi, niestety wszelkie dokumenty rodowe zaginęły. Czy jest możliwość by ta wieś została założona/należała do mojego rodu? Nazwisko Ignatowicz, wieś Ignatowicze.. . reply
Owszem, to była miejscowość rodowa ze szczególnym rodzajem współwłasności gruntowej (uprawy). Najstarsze wzmianki, do jakich dotarłem pochodzą z 1794. Mój dziadek Leonard był tam sołtysem. Dokumentacja dotycząca prywatnej własności (nieruchomości gruntowych i budynkowych) znajduje się w Archiwum Państwowym w Grodnie. Warto tam poszukać. reply
Witam! Mój dziadek, Mieczysław Ihnatowicz, też pochodził z tej wsi. Tylko on juz tam się nie pojawił po 1939 roku, a jego bracia byli zesłani na Syberię. Jeden wrócił po 17 latach w 1957 roku. Mój adres: tomzar6@wp.pl
