Добрый день, вопрос по завещанию. Бабушка мужа ,Масалкова Таисия Кузьминична, написала в 2010 году завещание в пользу внука, Родионова Анатолия Сергеевича, в этом году она скончалась. При обращении к нотариусу в России встал вопрос о том, было ли с этого времени изменено завещание (на сколько нам известно-нет). Нотариус в России предлагает съездить в Беларуссию для уточнения. В данный момент такой возможности нет, т. к. я нахожусь в отпуске по уходу за ребенком и муж один работает. Подскажите пожалуйста можно ли данный запрос отправить официальным письмом? и кто это может сделать: муж или сам нотариус? Спасибо. reply
