Здравствуйте Светлана. Козейки это деревня в 7 км от райцентра Свислочь. Думаю вам следует обратиться к местным властям. Я сам родился в г. Свислочь и фамилия Кабылко и это абсолютно точно среди жителей райцентра есть, во всяком случае была до моего отьезда я уже 13 лет живу в США поэтому полной информацией не владею.
