Если Ваши бабушка и дедушка родились в период с 1919 по 1944 год - делайте запрос в НИАБ Гродно на поиск метрических записей о рождении. Если они родились ранее 1919 года, метрических записей об их рождении вы уже не найдете, т. к. метрические книги за период с 1834 по 1919 не сохранились. В виде исключения сохранился консисторский экземпляр книги за 1915 год с парой случайных записей в начале за январь 1914 года.
Кроме того, в НИАБ Гродно хранится посемейный список прихожан за 1928-1937 гг. Фактически в списке даны данные на 1933 год, из него можно узнать состав семьи на этот год с возрастом каждого ее члена. У женщин также указывались девичьи фамилии и фамилии по первому браку. Кроме того, вплоть до 1937 года в данный список вносились изменения, если кто-то рождался или умирал. Если повезет, с его помощью сможете до ревизии 1858 года добраться.
