Для начала, обратитесь в Поставский ЗАГС, можете позвонить, телефон найдёте в интернете. Большая вероятность, что довоенные записи не сохранились. Всё, что вглубь- т. е. до 1917 года, искать в метрических книгах в НИАБ. reply
