Ближайший населенный пункт с таким названием к Влодаве - Мутвица в гмине Олтуш - http://www.radzima.net/be/miejsce/mutwica-brest. html. И хоть расположена всего в 20 км от Влодавы, но она в Холмскую губернию никогда не входила. Вероятно, в Ваших документах неточность. Так довольно часто бывает. reply
