По данным 1906 года Ножницы (Полоцкий уезд Владимирская волость) представлена в двух вариантах: деревня (2 Владимирское сельское общество) и фольварк Ножницы (помещик Машкавцев). Помогите разобраться, как это возможно для одного населенного пункта?reply
