У кнізе ,,Спіс населеных месцаў Віцебскай губерні’’ (,,Список населённых мест Витебской губернии’’*), выдадзенай у 1906г. ў Віцебску пад рэдакцыяй А. П. Сапунова, знаходзім:

Вёска Асенскае Ловажскай воласці Полацкага павету (уезду) (пры рацэ Чарніца (Черница) належала Лазоўскаму, селяніну, праваслаўнаму.
Адносілася да Спаскага ,,общества’’.
,,Удобной земли’’ – 63 дзесяціны, ,,неудобной’’ – 2, пад лесам – ;
Вёска складалася з 3 двароў (15 мужчынаў і 10 жанчын).
Адносілася да Станіславоўскага праваслаўнага прыходу.
Знаходзілася ў 60 вярстах ад Віцебску, у 50 вярстах ад Полацку (павятовага /
уезднага гораду), у 10 вярстах ад валаснога праўлення, у 7 вярстах ад Ловажскага паштовага аддзялення.
Вёска ўжо не існуе. Раней знаходзілася паміж вёскамі Каравайніца і Земцы.
Відаць, яна перастала існаваць яшчэ да вайны. reply
