Владимир Викторович, добрый день. В Оршанском архиве хранятся документы по Сенненскому району с 1918 года. Вам надо посмотреть фонды волостного военкомата, где хранятся карточки военнообязанных. Ваш дед попадает под их категорию по возрасту, когда шла Гражданская война. Там указывали иногда и состав семьи, родителей. Могут быть по Ульяновичской волости документы в Витебском областном архиве, если не передали в Оршу. reply
