Akt urodzenia i chrztu znajduje się w księgach parafialnych kościoła w Lubieszowie z roku 1901. Zgodnie z aktem chrztu Maria Orda urodziła się w majątku Perekalie, w powiecie pińskim, dnia 16 lutego 1901 roku. Chrzest odbył się 16 września 1901 roku w kościele w Lubieszowie.
