Na podstawie informacji z www.kami.net.pl (Baza miejscowości kresowych) wieś Pożaryszcze należała do parafii Św. Jana Chrzciciela w miasteczku Gródek. Prawdopodobnie we wsi był kościół lub kaplica bo na mapie jest taki symbol. reply
