Witam. Według "Księga Adresowa Polski (wraz z w. m. Gdańskiem) dla handlu, przemysłu, rzemiosł i rolnictwa" za rok 1930, właścicielem Ryżewszczyzny był Stanisław Czerniawski. reply
Dziękuję za wiadomość. Stanisław Czerniawski był moim dziadkiem ze strony mojego ojca. Mój problem jest następujący: dopiero w tym roku trafiłam na dokumenty dotyczące folwarku Ryżewszczyzna i chcę się starać o rekompensatę za mienie zabużańskie pozostawione przez mojego dziadka. Moi rodzice już nie żyją od 2000r, a ustawa została uchwalona w 2005r więc sama nie wiem co mam robić, jak się za to zabrać. Jeżeli Pan wie,od czego powinnam zacząć, to bardzo proszę o radę. Czy wie pan może w jakich latach Stanisław Czerniawski był właścicielem Ryżewszczyzny? Ja mam dokument notarialny (oryginał), z którego wynika,że między moim dziadkiem i rodziną niejakiego Wołosowa została zawarta ugoda, na podstawie której Stanisław Czerniawski darował tej rodzinie 64ha ziemi.
