Do 1911 r Majątek Ziemski Sorokpol był własnością Marii Czudinowicz, , która odziedziczyła go po swoim zmarłym ojcu Wincentym Czudinowiczu. W 1911r Maria Czudinowicz sprzedała Majątek Ziemski Sorokpol swojemu zarządcy Ernstowi Zommerowi. W 1920 r Ernst Zommer odsprzedał 2/3 majątku braciom Kleofasowi i Stanisławowi Borkowskim, oraz rodzinie Bisikirskich. W maju 1921r. Ernst Zommer sprzedał zaścianek Klonówkę Teodorowi Karziewiczowi oraz zaścianek Bronisławowo Aleksandrowi Czaplińskiemu. Po II wojnie światowej spadkobierczynią Majątku Ziemskiego Sorokpol została Jadwiga Zommer córka Ernsta i Zifii Zommerów. reply
