Nazywam się Karolina Kołacz, moja babcia Leokadia Kołacz (urodzona w Sosnoborze) c. Antoniego Skorba i Stanisławy (nazwiska panieńskiego nie znam) wraz z siostrami została adoptowana przez brata swojego ojca Jana Skorba i jego małżonkę Karolinę z d. Saramak.
