In August 2000 we Oldies ( now 79 and 76 ) took part on a 3week workcamp in Drushnaja Belarus where we build one of in the meantime 60 houses, made by wood and loem. More see under : www.heimstatt-Tschernobyl.com.
On our way back home to Germany by bicycle !! we made a brake at Suderve, where
Heide's mother in 1902 in the schoolhouse was Born. We met the lady Director and had a nice Diskussion with her.
Lateron we went via Vilnius, Kaunas,Kleipeda to Nida and took the ferry to Germany.
We never will forget that aventful Tour!reply
