Известно, что
1) он родился 14 ноября 1908 года,
2) в свидетельстве о рождении его родного брата Шклянко Семёна Иосифовича было написано Виленская губерния, Ошмянский уезд, Куцевичская волость, дер. Тарасеченяты (жили там или были проездом?),
3) в двадцатые-тридцатые годы семья жила в Москве, но, возможно, ездила на родину,
4) возможно, их фамилия была Шклянка.
