Sąd okręgowy w Wilnie, wydział I cywilny, obwieszcza, że na żadanie Anastazji Konachowiczowej, zamieszkałej w zaśc. Waża, gm. przebrodzkiej, pow. brasławskiego, decyzją swą z dnia 23 lutego 1934 r, postanawił wdrozyć postępowanie w celem uznania zaginionego Mikolaja Smolkiewicza za zmarłego.
Mikolaj Smolkiewicz w r. 1919 wyjechal z kraju do Rosji, gdzie rzekomo zmarł.
Wzywa się przeto zaginionego, aby najpożnej w ciągu 6 miesięcy ob dnia wydrukowania niniejszego obwieszczenia zgłosił się do tut. sądu, gdyż po uplywie tego terminu zostanie uznanu za zmarłego.
Wzywa się również wszystkich, ktorzy posiadaja jakiekolwiek wiadomości o życiu lub śmierci zaginionego, aby w tymże terminie powiadomili sąd o znanych sobie faktach. Nr. spr. Z. 364/34. 3417
Віленскі акруговы суд, аддзел І грамадзянскі, абвяшчае, што па патрабаванні Анастасіі Канаховіч (Konachowiczowej), якая пражывае ў засценку Важа, гміны Перабродскай, павету Браслаўскага, сваім рашэннем ад 23 лютага 1934 г. пастанавіў ініцыятаваць судовае разбіральніцтва з мэтай прызнання зніклага Мікалая Смулькевіча (Smolkiewicza) загінулым.
Мікалай Смулькевіч (Smolkiewicz) ў 1919 годзе з'ехаў з краіны ў Расею, дзе нібыта памёр.
Таму заклікаюць зніклага на працягу 6 месяцаў ад дня надрукавання гэтага апавяшчэння з'явіцца ў суд, бо па заканчэнні гэтага тэрміну ён будзе прызнаны загінулым.
Суд таксама заклікае ўсіх, у каго ёсць якія-небудзь інфармацыя пра жыццё або смерць зніклага, паведаміць у суд аб вядомых фактах у гэты ж тэрмін. Nr. spr. Z. 364/34. 3417
