Konstanty Dzwonkowski,, syn Franciszka Nikodema w 1890 r.był właścicielem majątku Zielenkowszczyzna. Majątek ten liczy 253 dziesięcin. Należał do gminy Zbirogi. Znajdując się po drugiej stronie potoku Płoszcza była w posiadaniu Adolfa Trembickiego, liczyła 280 dziesięcin.
W 1895 r. Dzwonkowscy nadal posiadali majątek Zielenkowszczyzna, 20 wiorst na zachód od Kobrynia ( 252 dziesięciny , w tym 59 pastwisk, 36 lasu i 50 nieużytków. Zielenkowszczyzna leżał na północny zachód od Płoszczy. Składał się z 3 masywnych budynków. Od północy folwark graniczył z rozległym parkiem, w którym znajdowały się 3 stawy. reply
